Opening Study Leave Credits (OSL)

Applying the opening study leave credits will provide administrators the option to award a study leave service year under special circumstances (e.g. negotiated contracts). The transaction value awarded is determined on a case-by-case basis. Notice the 'Total Study Leave Service Years' count in the top right increase once you edit the value.

Maximum Study Leave Increase (MX)

Applying a maximum study leave increase will allow faculty members to accumulate study leave service years beyond the normal limit of 8, as defined in the Collective Agreement. This is only done in special circumstances and should be agreed on by the faculty.

The 'Total Study Leave Service Years' count in the top right is based on the selected End Term filter. Change this to see how much a person has accumulated up to a certain term.
