This filter is currently default to Continuing Academic Appointment, Practitioner Faculty Appointment and Grant Tenure Track. The filter chosen will narrow down the options displayed in the Instructor Ranks filter (see below) if you choose to filter your search further.

Example: Filtering by Continuing Academic Appointment will display teaching patterns of stakeholders who have Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Instructor, Senior Lecturer, Lecturer, Laboratory Instructor I, Laboratory Instructor II, University Lecturer, Laboratory Monitor ranks

Instructor Ranks

Example: Filter by Professor, Assistant Professor, etc.

Record Status

Active = Allows you to search for faculty members who have an Active rank

Future = Allows you to search for faculty members who have a Future rank (useful for searching new faculty members)

Course Planner and TTR

Setting up the correct TTR patterns for an individual can help guide decisions for course planners that are assigning instructors through the Course Planner. When searching for an instructor to add using the Course Planner, the individual's TTR is displayed so that the course planner is aware of whether or not the individual will be available to teach during a certain term.

To view more details about an individuals teaching pattern, click on the individual's name. This will direct you to their TTR Profile Page with a view of the transaction table. Only users with permission that require this in their job will have access to the transactions table.
