Notes

Introduction


The Notes tab is a place to add general notes about a faculty member's TTR. Examples could be instructor preferences, special arrangements/negotiations, conversations that could affect their pattern, etc. These notes are not tied to a specific semester or code, and can be viewed regardless of the start/end term filters selected. 

 

Tips

  • Notes related to a specific code should still be entered in the respective 'Notes' column for that record.

  • This 'Notes' tab is meant for general notes that affect the faculty member's overall TTR. 

 

How to Add Notes


  1. In the TTR profile page, scroll down to the transactions table. Click the Notes tab.

  2. Click .

  3. Enter your notes in the text box. 

  4. Set a visibility level for the Note.

    1. Public will allow users who have access on the Stakeholder profile to read these notes.

    2. Private will restrict this note to only users who also have Editing access to the TTR.

  5. Click .
