How Does Access to Stakeholder Profiles Work?

For Departmentalized Faculties (FCAT, FENV, FASS, FAS, FS)

You will have access to the profiles for stakeholders that have an Active or Future rank in your department
For stakeholders that are outside of your department, you will have a limited view of their profile. If they had past ranks in your department you will be able to see those specific records under Appointments panel.
If the stakeholder has only ever had ranks in the following (regardless of dept/faculty):
- Visiting Faculty
- Sessional Instructors
- Research Assistants
- Postdocs
- Term Faculty Appointment

Then that profile will be available for everyone to access.
