Course Scheduling

• Updated the color scheme of the offerings when dragging into the calendar 
• Added a border to the offerings to make it easier to see offerings side by side
• Offerings with 'No Schedule' can now be clicked in the left bar to open up the edit screen. Previously, you had to drag it back into the calendar to open this. 
• Removed Room Booking section for offerings with 'No Schedule'
• Included Max Enrolment and Component type in the tooltip when hovering over an offering 
• Fixed a bug where the Instructor was not showing correctly in the offering 
• Start and End Dates are now automatically populated based on the term

Course Offerings

• Improved the backend logic for syncing instructor data from SIMS to eTRACS. 
• REMINDER: for faculties that are using eTRACS, users should always update eTRACS FIRST with any instructor changes and then update SIMS later. The intention is for eTRACS to become the source of truth for all instructor planning. 

6SP

• We've received several questions on how to export the 6SP once you're done course planning. While there currently isn't a way to export the 'grid' view of the 6SP, you can use the Course Offering search page to export a 'list' view instead. Simply set the range of terms, apply any filters, and hit 'Export'. You can also add additional columns by clicking 'Columns' on the right hand side of the table.

• Added an icon on the grid to indicate a combined offering
