This page is designed to help you determine and select the appropriate access group for a user.

The table below is organized into tabs for each faculty. Within each tab, you’ll find different groups and their assigned roles. Each group has distinct responsibilities and levels of access, which determine what users can view or do within the system.

To identify the access you want to request, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your Faculty tab and review the predefined groups and roles associated with each group.

  2. If any of the groups fit your needs, simply copy and paste the group name into the eTRACS access request form.

  3. If none of the groups in your Faculty meet your needs, you can request to create a new access group. Switch to the custom tab to view a list of all active roles, then copy and paste the specific roles required into the request form. If you have questions of what each role does, refer to the Access Control Matrix.
