REMINDER: for faculties that are using eTRACS, users should always update eTRACS FIRST with any instructor changes and then update SIMS later. The intention is for eTRACS to become the source of truth for all instructor planning. 6SP We've received several questions on how to export the 6SP once you're done course planning. While there currently isn't a way to export the 'grid' view of the 6SP, you can use the Course Offering search page to export a 'list' view instead. Simply set the range of terms, apply any filters, and hit 'Export'.
